No Fuel Pressure

I have a 2000 Z28 and the car is not starting. It is not getting any gas up front so I changed the fuel pump (which is coming on) and filter but neither fixed the problem. I left a fuel line off just to make sure that gas was leaving the pump and it is but when I check pressure valve up front there is nothing.
Any suggestions

Does your fuel pressure gauge depress the core in the Schrader valve?

I checked up front and there is no gas coming from the valve on the fuel rail. I haven't purchased a fuel pressure gage yet but I was just wondering why I wouldn't be getting any gas up front and the pump is sending it.

You mean you pressed the core in on the valve, and nothing came out?
