Help, just changed one spark plug.

Help, just changed one spark plug.
OK. So last week I had a misfire going on, I ended up getting it scanned and it said a misfire on cylinder 5, so I just now replace that spark plug and drove it around the block, so it seems fine.
I also deleted the codes like a dumbass because I thought that was the way to reset it, so I can't tell if it's throwing any codes.
If it's driving fine, it should be okay right?
Sorry, I just get nervous doing any kind of work on my car.
