fuel cell installation

I want to put a fuel cell in place of the factory tank. I have an a1000 & pretty much plan on redoing the whole fuel system. I found a couple cells with a 0-90 ohm sending unit built in. Is it possible to use the factory fuel level gauge? What brand and size of cells are some of you guys running? Thanks.

Capacity of the cell is going to depend whether its a track car (5 gal) or a street car (something larger).

Shoebox's writeup appears to indicate the stock level sensor is a 90 ohm unit:
