Battery Issues

97 z28 doesn’t show any signs of the battery being connected. I killed the battery and took it to AZ they recharged it and said it was fine. Once I got it back I placed it in my car, then I noticed that a cable that should be grounded wasn’t grounded. This little cable is grounded along with the coil cable to driver side body. After I grounded that little black cable I got in the car and tried to turn it on nothing happened. No cluster lights where on nothing just plain out, next I checked my fuse box in the engine compartment and noticed that my ignition fuse was burned out, at this point it was late so I had to go in can you guys offer any perspective as to why my car cluster lights won’t even come on after I installed a fully charged battery???

Could be the cables are corroded, and they are making intermittent contact. Might be a good idea to inspect them carefully, and replace as required.

Now that the battery is charged the car turns like it wants to turn on, but I noticed that every time i try to turn it on it burns my ignition fuse 10 that's in the engine compsartment box???? I think that earlier when I tried to jump start it with my truck I must have burned something?

Time to check more wiring...something much be causing that ignition fuse to cut out so quickly.
