Roots SC on LT1
Cars are purpose built.. you cant expect a car that was built to work NA to handle a supercharger perfectly... Get a turbo factory car and/or supercharged and removed the FI... it will run like CRAP.

well Eaton told me, they would like to have developed a roots for the Lt1, but being such an old engine
they wouldn't make enough money on it. They said a LS1 version was being worked on--I think through Magnusolm. Maybe with enough interest they will, since these cars are geting cheaper people are spending more money on them. I am surprised nothing has surfaced. These are great blowers, I can't understand how people can hate them. The idea to me of dropping boost after changing gears, and also having to wait for boost to build is aweful. When I talked with Kenny Bell about his chargers with the mustangs, when I was loking for parts for my own custom eaton blower, he said whatever you do, don't give up and settle for centrifugal, otherwise you will be disapointed.
