My turbo is in a similar location, just centered, and changing the opti isn't a problem. there is just enough space to get the crank pully off on mine, I cant tell from the pictures but it looks like you could change it without taking the turbo off.

Either way it looks good

Well hopefully a 24X ignition will fit into the budget so I won't have to worry about the opti anymore.

Probably is. Could be the guys I talked to were just cheap.

Re: LT1 POWR's turbo build

Very nice. I hope you include some instructions. Can this be ran with no exhaust, just exit at the down pipe, until I can connect the rest of the exhaust up? I eventually plan on putting a cutout right after the downpipe, that won't hurt anything, right?

You're obviously gearing up for tax season.

I will include an instruction manual.

You can definitely run it with an open DP.

Checked your site out. It's really great that someone out there is still catering to LT1's. As soon as the ls's came out we kinda got kicked to the side. Just seeing all the customer rides you have posted up wanted me to buy a kit. Though my bank called before i could make the order and asked if i was crazy.lol

Re: LT1 POWR's turbo build

How does the down pipe tuck up on this setup, hopefully its not any lower than my long tubes? Do you know when you'll get the rest of the misc parts in? Can't wait to finally see this thing.
