What diameter is the tube where it goes to the supercharger, I'm thinking about trying one of these on my T-Trim.

does anyone know what the two brass nipples/barbs and im going to try and put my mass air up top with the old set up.

 

One of the brass nipples is for the opti...not sure what the other one is for.

The plastic elbow in the illustration looks alot like the OEM intake elbow from a 1989 TPI equipped firebird.

ATIs piping for the new installs is 3.5 up top. Will it hurt anything to put 3-3.5 reducers in the old set up to relocate the maf up top? ATIs new set up has 3 inch coming from the intercooler to a 3-3.5 reducer then into all 3.5" pipes up top.

 

lets the same that i wanted to know.just because the air temp senser is up there so i wounder if you could move that down or some were else.

 

I'm doing the install now, and it goes in pretty easy. But I'm wondering if I need to connect those two brass barbs to anything. The orange hose didn't have these connections. Also, when Rapid installed the blower, Mike put my MAF up top in the stock location...can I just leave the fittings open or should I get a little rubber hose and just connect them together in a loop?
