i want to switch out my exhaust manifolds to headers and i want to do it myself cause thats the only way you can learn anything. i was wondering if anyone has any step by step instructions for removing the manifolds and installing the headers.

The exact procedure is going to vary with what you are starting with (single-cat or dual-cat) and which headers you are installing (shorties, mids, long tubes). I have a detailed procedure for installing a set of JBA shorties in my single-cat 94..... might give you some idea of what is involved:
