Trans Shifting Problem-2 Ideas
1995 TA, FLP level 4 tranny
If I am cruising around part throttle the 3-4 shift comes in at like 35-39 MPH, then pops back into 3rd and stays until 45ish. If I manually keep the car in 3rd. and shift into OD at 45 there is no problems.
Do you guys think this is a programming issue? Car had Head, cam and programming along with a FLP level 4 all at the same time.

Do you think its a shift solenoid issue? Since it will allow me to do it manually I didnt think it was it.
Thoughts trans guru's?????

Alright talked to the previous owner and the problem seems to have started after the rebuild. Could it be a shift solenoid? Got a scan master and there are no codes. Could it be sticking?
