torsen HD

I have a new torsen HD I picked up for a $160 of ebay and was wondering how much better they are compared to the stock posi's and standard torsen diffs. Also wondering if I can still use ABS with it...really dont want to give that up with all the rain at home. Plan on upgrading to 3.42's ('93 T-56) with this with a cover and axleshafts too. Dont need a 12 bolt since this is my driver car.

Nobody runs a Torsen HD? I guess all of you just upgrade to 12 bolts, huh? I will when I get the money!
