well went to autozone, they tested the starter and said it was bad. SO i got a new one, put it in, and same thing. Wonder if i installed it wrong...

IT could be the relay switch behind the glove box...it's a pain to get out, you might wnat to try bypassing it. The other possibility is make sure that the ignition wire is not loose in the fuse box.

What does this relay switch do? My brand new starter is not doing anything. i have a feeling some kind of relay is disabling it.
and wheres this wire in the fuse box?

Would there be a click if the neutral safety switch was preventing it from starting?
