banging trans: don't know were to look

have a t56, sphon TA, moser 9" rear end
and when you hit the gas or when you first decelrate or hit certain bumps you can hear a banging noise from the shifter to the rear end. I check for the clearence for the 9" and TA through the DS tunnel, rechecked the trans mount. I can not see anything, get get anything to move while under the car, tighened anything that might help. Nothing. My TA is set for 2 degrees.

I'm stumped

Did you "look" at the trans mount, or physically remove it from the car and take a good look at it? Sometimes they can "look" ok, but when you take it out it's cracked. Just a thought.
