"Paddle Kit" for Torsen?

I went to order a set of 4.10's (Richmond) for my Firehawk and seen that i needed a paddle kit since i got the Torsen unit in it. I called up Summit and asked about it since i didn't see it on their website. And they said that the supplier don't make them anymore. So i've searched on here and seen a few people took a grinder to their gears, i'm not to wild about that unless that is the only option.

I found the SLP part# 64002 But nothing came up on SLPs site. Any help or links would be appreciated.

The more i've been searching on this matter. That looks like the way it will be.

Edit: Found it http://marylandspeed.com/slp-paddle-...002-p-331.html But that much for what little it is? If i don't have to take much off of the gears, i'll do it that way.

you dont grind the gears you grind the corner of the paddle.

try to put it in first and you will see what corner you need to grind b/c of the angle

Many do grind the gear and it doesn't hurt a thing because the edge that you need to clearance on the ring never ever comes in contact with the pinion.
