Just installed my B&M shift kit

so i finally got around to getting a shift kit.

its the simple B&M shift improver kit, i put in the Street/Strip spacers in the 1-2 and 3-4 accumulator and i put the green spring in the pressure regulator valve

i actually have a 1-2 shift now, haven't sprayed it yet, but i'm pretty confident that i'll hit a 12.0 with the improved shifting

took about 5 hours from the point i put jack under the car to when i took the jack out from under it. not terribly difficult, but i would recommend you ahve some valve body experience before you takle this job on your own. i was referring to my ATSG manual several times during the reassembly process

shifts really nice, and it actually shifts softer at lower throttle positions now. i was very happy i got it back together and still had all gears and overdrive!

i also already had the line pressure tuned in the computer higher than stock. at everything above 75% throttle

overall rating...7 out of 10 (instructions could be better for reassembly and the shifts could be firmer, but i think its other parts in the 1-2 servo that are contributing to this so a billet servo is next on the list)
