Girdle or something else?

I want to get my car to the track, but am extremely scared of blowing my rear again. I don't have the money for a 9" right now, and was wondering if the T/A girdle was a good way to go, or if I should just throw money into suspension like some LCA's and a PHR from UMI.

Also, if I get a 9" down the road, do the suspension parts have to be adjustable for the conversion to work? I read somewhere the 9" sits off center so you have to adjust them, is this true, or is this fixed with the kit from Moser?

The car is used mainly for street, not quite a daily driver, but close enough. It's a 95Z, makes 330 lbft at the wheels, and has a T56 with a SPEC Stage 2.
