do i need a new u joint

i just bought a moser 12 bolt with a 1310 series yoke do i need to get a diffrent u joint or will everything bolt right up (stock drive shaft)

If you need a 12-bolt, you are going to need a better DS and 1350 U-joints as well. In any case, you stock DS is going to be a little long with the Moser, you can probably get away with it for a while if you have to though. Only way to tell is to bolt it up and see how it looks.

well i will be driving the car everyday and wont full out race the car untill i get a new driveshaft but is it ok for everyday normal driving?

also i thought a 1350 u joint will only work in a 1350 pinion yoke i have a 1310 yoke

Yes, it will be fine for a DD. Yes, they have to match. When you upgrade the DS, get beefier U-joints.
