New BEST tonight.

Went to cecil county today, pulled about 50 more lbs outta the car,and ran the 175 jets.

First pass,in the heat but low humidity was a 11.02@124,7.06@98,1.62 60'
Not bad for a STOCK w/bolton's longblock LT1 and a 175 hit in 95° temps.

Later in the night i went a 11.09@122 with about 85-90% humidity, and another 11.02@122 at the end of the night. I couldnt bring myself to run the 200 shot just yet, cooler weather and the car will go 10's as is

Nice runs Dirk. Just wondering does the weather affect car that spray ??? I have been running lately and a few fellows have told me that Nitrous passes don't get affected by the weather. I just don't see my car running that great in the heat and with real High humidity. Well nice runs again and hope you get that "Magic" 10 soon.

Hmmm...11.0 on a 4L60E? That's unheard of, isn't it? Believe me now?
Did you change the valvesprings?

Great times!

JK,the weather does take a toll on Nitrous performance, but you can overcome heat, humidity is what kills any engine.
when i went 124 it was hot,but not real humid,a Front came through later and the humidity went sky high, and i think that is where i lost 2 mph.

94Gray,12scndz built my trans.

i also forgot to mention the timing/fuel curves etc in the PCM are untouched,i have only corrected for shift/fans/gears/and limited the knock sensor cause of false knock.

Guess it is time for a serious tune in the computer and good weather, with luck it will dump into the 10's.

Congrats man! I'm a huge LT1 fan. I went to MIR in April and watched Overton break his personal best and I think I noticed your T/A there. Love that shifter!
