What kind of software - scanning, or tuning?

 

With the OBD1 can I get the software that shows real time what is going on with the meaurements the computor is doing?

I just want to see what is going on,, I really don't even know what the heck I am talking about about.

I guess it is scanning as I didn't think you could tune OBD1 as you had to get a chip made,,??

Scanning software (free download, 20 free uses). I know they have a 93 version that works:

There are ways to tune a 93, but you need more than simple tuning software.
