Software to delete SES codes?
I was doing some reading and I am asking this just to confirm what I am thinking is true.
Can you get freeware software that allows to read and delete SES codes on your car's PCM? If so, when I go to get an emissions test, these codes will not show up when they scan my PCM?
If anyone could answer me these questions and suggest a place to get the software (if it exists), I may be the happiest person on the planet!

It's important to make a distinction here. When an SES code pops up, it means the PCM's diagnostic for that SES code failed. You can "delete" SES codes by using an OBD2 scan tool, or disconnecting/reconnecting the battery, but if the root cause of that SES code still exists, the SES code will come back.
Now, you can disable the PCM diagnostics for any of the SES codes using most PCM tuning software. This will prevent the SES code from popping up. However, this won't necessarily guarantee you will pass smog inspection. When the inspection station plugs into your car, they can detect whether certain diagnostics have been disabled, and will automatically trigger a test failure if they do.

There are no free programs that will do thatfor a 99 model. HP Tuners, EFI Live/Flashscan, Jet are tuning packages that you can buy that will, or go to a shop that uses them and pay them to disable the codes.
