SES and 5 codes,

Hey guys... this is the second time that I post a tread the first time it was because my car had just died on me ( timming chain) now after the engine rebuilt and several upgrades my car is running like ****... I intalled a racetronix fuel pump system ( walbaro 255 and harness) and then the new MSD billet optispark system, I had a misfire, since I needed to remove the water pump and it was time, I added a electric water pump from Meziere, and added the headers ( shorties from Hooker SC) I had MSD wires and look fine. I have the NGK ready to be install but I am not sure if this will fix my problem...

Now here is my problem..
After installing all of that i got this:

P0174
P0300
P0336
P0443
P1642

any clues as to what could this be from:???

Not familiar with LT1's, but I'd start by looking them up at http://shbox.com/1/Dtcs.htm My guess is the CKP code is giving you the most problems.

I have a 1996 camaro with the obd2 soes this make any difference with the chart that you mention? i look and it said 93-95... so im not sure..
I know i have a misfire.. the crank positioning sensor is out of range, the fuel pump circuit is high in input, the o2 sensor from bank 1 is reading a very rich mixture, also, i have the purge valve silenoid from the egr is bad or something the the circuit is not working properly...

Look at the bottom of Shoebox's chart. There are several "tabs". You need to click on the tab labeled OBD-II.

P0174 = Fuel trim system lean Bank 2
P0300 = Engine misfire detected
P0336 = Crankshaft Position (CKP) sensor circuit performance
P0443 = Evaporative Emissions (EVAP) purge solenoid control circuit
P1642 = Fan Control (FC) relay 2 and 3 control circuit

Misfires can cause a "false" lean condition. The CKP sensor might be indicating misfires, or it might be hitting something inside the timing cover (faulty install?). The purge solenoid is an electrical cirsuit fault - either the solenoid is faulty, or the wiring is messed up. Fan control may indicate a relay problem. Swap the 3 relays around and see if the problem moves with the relays.
