Newbie to programming needs help.

Guys I am getting tuner cat to do some fine tuning to my car (97 WS6 with OBD 1) .
My question is on my scanner (freescan) my car is reading very rich all around , at WOT the O2 readings are above 920 all the way cruising around town the range from 860s to 900.
Where would I start?? with the Maf or elsewhere? I see conflict when I do a search of where to start.

Don't think that your 920 wot O2's are rich. They might not be. I would say that falls into an acceptable range without the use of a wideband. I usually find that if I go any leaner than 880 or so on the street that the pcm is going to start pulling timing, maybe due to a lean condition?
For idle and part throttle are you saying that your O2's are always between 860 and 900...almost as if they are stuck there?

Yeah I would think they were stuck except for that upon decelleration they drop to the 350 to 475 range.
Sorry I took a while to get back, I have been on vacation.
