MAF Tabe question

I've been doing alot of reading on the board about MAF tables. Before I jump in and play with them I want to make sure I have this straight.

If I want to raise my BLM's, I would reduse the MAF Table #'s in the area I'm having my problems. Is this correct?

I believe you are correct, I would want to tell the PCM that there's less air flowing into the engine, so it lowers the amount of fuel.
