LTCC Install - MAF Problem

I just finished installing the LTCC setup, after many hours of misery lol. The car runs great except my MAF was throwing a code for inactivity. I then checked the wires and my 12V source reads 0V (pink wire), but the 5V reference is on. I connected the pink wire from the old coil harness to the new harness, and it has a 12V readout.

I was just wondering if someone else had this problem, before I take a closer look into the wiring. I installed 2 20A fuses in both fuse boxes (dash and engine bay) for the PCM/IGN. Is this wrong? I wasn't sure if only 1, or which one, needed to be changed so I changed both.

Thanks.
