Angry idling high

hello i have a 95 camaro. Im having trouble getting the idle at 850. when you first start it up it idles fine but the check engine light comes on. after about 10 mins of driving it an it warms up when you go to park it it idles at 1800. i have replaced the idle air control, tps, and map sensor and also the air temp sensor. the code i got from the computer was 22 which is tps voltage high. what does this mean and what do i have to do to fix it. any response or ideas would be greatfully helpful because i do not know what else to do

Re: idling high

DTC 22 is for TPS voltage LOW.

Is this a 5.7L V8 r the 3.4L V6? Automatic or manual trans (affects the idle speed programming)?

TPS voltage is very easy to check. Typically the "low" code sets when the TPS voltage drops below 0.20V at closed throttle for the V8's, but without knowing the details of the engine it's hard to help you.

You might want to add a "Signature" with basic info about your car - year, model, engine, trans and any major modifications.

Re: idling high

Did you clear the codes after replacing the components?
