HPP3 question

Does anyone know how to erase the VIN stored in the memory of a Hypertech Power Programmer?

I have the original HPP and the way to erase that VIN is to unprogram the car. Once that is done, you can program another VIN.

Yeah, but the problem is that I don't have the car and don't know who's it is. So I need to know how to erase the memory without the car.

Got to this website
http://www.akmcables.com/

The guy's name is Andrew Mattei I believe, he can unlock the programmer for you for a small fee, like 20 bucks plus shipping.

Just give him a call, the number should be on that website.
