closed loop at WOT??? log included

I'm helping a friend tune his car, I sold him the motor. It's a 381 cu in LT1, LT4 hot cam, 58mm TB, ported heads, 30lb svo injectors. On a datalog I noticed it stays in closed loop during a WOT pass

I've included the datalog from the pass, its around 1540 seconds on the log using DataMaster EE. Or Rec#9454

Long term goes to 128 and does not change
Short term bounces back and forth, even at 100% TPS and the O2's are flip flopping like normal, but shouldnt it be in PE?

Or is it lean and the computer is adding fuel for safty, even though its supposed to be open loop?

the closed loop indicator at the top never turned off.

If you post your data log in ".csv" format, people without DataMaster can look at it with Excel.

The "closed loop" indicator simply shows that all the conditions to enable closed loop have been met - O2 sensors heated up, coolant heated up and timer timed out. It doesn't mean PE mode is not enabled. But if your short terms and O2 sensors are cycling, you definitely have a problem.

i think i found the problem

log showd 100% TPS, but only 4.19 volts, then it went to 4.51 volts and it intg went to 128 and o2 mv stayed over 800

will look at tps adjustment.
