24x Crank Trigger for BS3

[QUOTE=Boosted_Z28;5106915]The crank sensor used on 1996 and newer LT-1 motors isn't a 24x signal, so it will not work with an LS-x based BS-3 system. As Danno74Z mentioned, you need Big Stuff-3's LS-x crank trigger system. I mounted mine on the driver's side and I run an F1-A and it all fit nicely. You will need to fabricate a mounting bracket to hold the sensor. I spaced the 24x wheel approx. 3/8" back from the balancer.

I'm working on getting my BS3 setup and an going round and round with a Crank and Cam Sync. The engine I'm working with is a ZZ4 crate with TPI. Looking at you 24X crank trigger setup (Great Picture, is that a BS3 24x Wheel).
How did you mount the pickup on the back site of the dampner? I've always assumed it would mount on the front side of he dampner. I've got a standard dampner with no pulley grooves and a serpentine pulley mounted on the front of dampner. Basically, I'm trying to find a 24x setup that doesn't alter the Pulley location.
Did you ever look for any "headless" Dual-Syncs distributors? I found one but I'm unclear if it will work with the BS3. It's a AEM part, they call it a EPM (Engine Position Module, part number 30-3251). Thanks for any input.
