How to remove wiring Harness 94 lt1?

How to remove wiring Harness 94 lt1?
Can someone guide me through or shoot me in the right direction into removing my harness along with the other efi related stuff. I see the pcm harness going behind the firewall but have no clue on how to safetly remove it.

Just remove the kick panel inside the car on the pass side. The wires only go a short distance inside the cabin. Only like 3 plugs if I remember right. The rest of the harness just unplugs from the motor and trans.
