It's leaking anitfreeze? Tell me more. Are you using anti freeze or water? Is it leaking into the oil pan? If so you could be looking at bearing damage so be careful. Is anti freeze coming out of the exhaust? If so you could have a leak in the heads. Best case, you have a leak in a hose. Worst, you got to tear it apart because something is wrong inside.
Thank you 11secgen, I won't be able to make it to the grove that day though, sorry!
I'm running antifreeze, which is getting really expensive. It seems to jettison about 1 gal, and then it tapers off. I believe the leak is in my radiator cap neck. It is bent out of shape and I get a puddle of coolant on my battery if I fill it all the way. I'm gonna get a new radiator and see if that fixes it.
The car won't be on the road again until I fix the exhaust. I got my fuel pressure up to 5.5 psi and actually tuned the idle mixture with a vac gauge and its a whole different beast. I believe that it actually blew my exhaust pipe out of its slip-joint. Tis ok though since I need new headers/pipes anyway.

Progress update....
Installed a new aluminum radiator. I'm no longer leaking coolant. I got some summit ceramic coated headers put in. Right now its at the shop getting the exhaust hung and welded in place.
I've got a calibration kit for the carb, so tuning will start after the exhaust is on.
I am very curious what pistons and crank I have since the build sheet and receipts I have don't mention either. The build sheet doesn't mention turning the crank to fit the 350 block, so I'm wondering if its an aftermarket crank.
Here's an open header video, I was holding the camera while driving, so its just audio and I never got on it.
