Post Voltage Problems

I have been having a problem with charging problems with my 6 month old duralast battery. I have a fairly big system installed in my car along with a 1 farad cap that cut on and off with the change in voltage would it be possible for the cap to be draining my battery down when it sits not running also I have a viper alarm installed that was on the car before i bought it could that be draining my juice down.

You need a stronger alternator that puts out more amps. 200amps should be plenty.
