Question Stock speakers fuzzing

My 2001 ss was doing great until about 3 weeks ago when I noticed that a fuzzy sound was coming from my right front speaker. ( I have the monsoon system) I replace the speaker with another stock one and it worked good for about a day then I noticed the same sound. I learned that it was the tweeter making the sound so I cut the wires going to the tweeter and spliced the other wires to go to the tweeter and speeker. That worked for maybe a day but now I notice a fuzzy noise coming from both front speakers and my other 2 on the right side. I am begining to think that it could be the amp or head but I am thinking that its more the amp. I could replace the amp and if that doesn't work would it be possible to install an aftermarket amp? Any info or guidance would be greatly appreciated because I cannot stand the noise and want to fix it as soon as possible.
