Nothing real exciting...

A brand new Silverado 1500 W/T with the 5.3L V8 and an auto trans can be had for aroud $19,000.

Hmm, 5.3L Silverado or 4.7L Dakota? Yeah, easy choice.

My wife wants a new Dodge Dakota quad cab. I seriously doubt she'll want one now. I've actually been talking to her about a Colorado...

Frankly, I think that both the Dakota and Colorado were beaten by the same ugly stick.

I think it looks better than either the Ram or the Durango. And it looks like yet another vehicle has adopted the sharp edged look.

They need to ditch the "Laramie" name, though. It just sounds lame to me, but maybe that's because I instantly think of the cigarette brand on The Simpsons .

The side reminds me too much of the Titan, which is a bad thing. However, I like the front bumper better than the Durango's. BTW, I rented a new Durango a few weeks ago and I really liked it, despite it's appearance. The third row seat would be useless for anyone but children, though. The interior was about 100X nicer than my '99 Ram's. Oh, and it had the 4.7L V8 which proved to be adequate for most traffic situations, but it sure didn't "feel" very strong.
