You're wrong! Everyone I know that purchases cars over $50k purchases them...they don't lease them. Unless, the company is purchasing the vehicle...then a lease may make sense.

I'm buying the first of next year after we are done building our house. I was initially only looking at the 530 or 540 but after seeing the 04 530 I am more interested in the 04 530 or 545.

Before people get too excited about the CTSv, they should remember that every current Cadillac has a lower reliability rating than any Hyundai. I'm going by Consumer Reports here. Even the Escalade is less reliable than the Tahoe, Suburban or Avalanche. The Chevys are listed in an average range, and the Caddy gets a black spot - the worst rating.

Consumer Reports compares cars of a same class so is a economy car gets a better rating than a Luxury car that doesn't mean the economy car is better quallity.

It also depends who the car is sold to, some groups of people are pickier than others

I don't know how JDpower rates their cars but they give the 2002 Camaro and Impala a better rating than an Audi A4

Who else thinks GM should offer a CTS with the standard LS1/auto tranny/stronger rear end with 3.55 gears along with some suspension, interior & exterior changes? Maybe even strating around $40k

If that were possible, then I could see myself driving one
