Chevy concepts From GM site

Re: Chevy concepts From GM site
They're not out of touch with what boring people want in a boring appliance car, they just don't care because they're enthusiasts who don't want appliances. Of course they call it ugly and boring because that's what it is. It's all about saying boooo to the appliances that enthusiasts don't want. These cars look like every other boring bubble car on the road.
Aside from some resemblance to the BMW 1 Series profile, I don't see how the 130R looks like ANYTHING else on the road. How many small, upright 4 seat coupes with rear drive proportions are there?

I see it more as a modern-day interpretation of the Chevy Vega. They could offer it in three flavors: coupe (as shown), sedan and wagon.
I'd take one with the 3.6L DI V6 and 6spd manual.

I'm sure they would be much more receptive if we had any reason to believe it would get better than Sonic drivetrains.
EDIT: oh damn, my bad. I was referring to the 140.

Anthony, if the Code has any chance at seeing the light of day anywhere, it is going to have to be a global car. I would personally love to see a coupe and 2-door wagon version make production!
