An RS with a 350? He might be right, since it would have to be swapped in and was probably modded during the process.

I would really like to see Chevy do something to market their engines better, cuz in reality, they are the best pushrod V8's out there. I would love to see them use the LSx series of engine designations in an Ad Campaign, but who knows. And about the "350" thing. Yeah, tons of 'older' people who see my car will ask if it has THE 350 in it, but all of the younger people always ask how many liters it is. So, in a few decades, the majority of people will hardly know what a 350 cubic inch engine is, but they will sure as heck know what a 5.7L LS1 is. Hmmmm????

The hemi was special because they dominated racing for a time. Then they were banned. That itself made them seem bada$$. They became a legend, partly due to the fact that there were realitively few mopars out there with them. It would be difficult to duplicate they way that legend was created.
