Re: Camaro Z/28
GMI has pics of a White Z/28.
NYIAS: 2014 Camaro Z/28 the Most Track-capable Camaro Ever
After seeing these white pics, I am much more confortable with the front end, but the taillamps still look hacked and out of place to me...

Re: Camaro Z/28
Amazing that GM would even build a car like this. This thing seems to have everything we all wanted from a 5th Gen. It's really got more than the ZL1 so far. Wonder what the ZL1 will get.
It's like a Camaro Z06. Hope it's not priced that way....

I agree with you 100% I am gonna have to wait until I see it in person. They do remind me of the 4th Gen tail lights.

Re: Camaro Z/28
The Z28 is a track car with no luxuries (no audio system, A/C optional, manual seats, no sound insulation, thinner glass, no magnetic ride control, no RS package, manual trans only etc..). You can get everything with the ZL1 - including the weight penalty.

Re: Camaro Z/28
Just saw a profile shot of the new Z.
It's a freakin' race car!!
Not that there's anything wrong with that.
Also looks like it doesn't have the chrome trim in the front and a different grille.
For some reason, the new look looks great on the Z, but still not liking the SS.

Re: Camaro Z/28
Seems like GM is running into the same problem Ford did with the Boss and the GT500 - I suppose they will solve the quandary in similar fashion.
Anyways well played GM, short of doing another crash engine program Ford really got caught with their pants down which is a pity because a lot of blue oval fans would really like to see a Boss 429 Mustang.
I wonder what pricing will be? mid 40's? I'd be all over that as the GT500 is almost paid for and I would like to have a problem stepping out in the morning and deciding if I want to drive the white Ford with blue stripes or the white Chevy with blue stripes (assuming they have stripes on the Z/28)
