I would suspect that the cylinderheads would be the next big impediment, depsite the awesome of the LSx cylinderheads, to pass the amount of air without restriction (and the resulting build up in pressure and heat which contributes to all sorts of nastiness) you'd need 400+ cfm to do 850hp before reaching a point of diminishing returns.
