anyone else find the funny side to this quote? yeah, the Mustang is dated no doubt about it. But 2005's are right around the corner and will be dated by some 40 years.

just wondering; how many more years will GM import the GTO?

Interesting reading, this thread it is.
On the subjects of interiors and prices. A while back most people thought Cobra was a great deal - you get a performance car for $35K. Now that the novelty has worn off, it's the other things that we want in it - including great interior.
I do not remember as many voiced opinions when it came to WS6 or SS interiors - cars that ran about 32K sticker. We all knew that 4th Gen interiors suck, but when the time came to justify spending 30+ K for a 4th gen, everyone said "Performance", "Uniqueness", "Value". I don't think anyone gave a rat's a** about interior because, frankly, that was not a major selling point of SS/WS6.
Take Cobra and treat it for what it is - an upgraded Mustang, still a Mustang. Its upgrades have to do with performance. It is not a BMW competitor, it is not an entry-level luxury coupe either. It is an all out performance edition of the Mustang.
Just like with SS/WS6, Cobra buyers go for what the car is, and not what it could be.

Just you so far. Refer back to my reading comprehension statement. BTW, please differentiate your comments from mine with more than italicized words. Most people here understood what I was saying quite plainly. You're trying very hard to find fault with my comments.
