Question Something I noticed about pre-production vs. production Colorados.

Pre-production has a side step

Production version does not

I wonder what the reason for getting rid of the step was Anyone have a clue?

Edit: COPY AND PASTE LINKS

I thought that was an option. I.E. not all pre-production models had them (I saw some of each), and not all production models get them either.

Of course, now that you mention it, I don't think I've seen any on dealer lots or on the road that have it, so maybe they did drop it?! (I thought it looked stupid, however functional it may be. I'd get one without it if I were going to get one).

BTW, links didn't work for me. EDIT: DOH! Copy and paste worked, but not for all of them.
