You should paint the emblems black.

 

LOL I was worried you put HEMI emblems on there instead, but those 5.7L are pretty cool. Are they chrome? I'd paint them black if so, but they're a cool addition!

 

hmm i actually like the chrome, but black is an interesting suggestion... i hadnt thought of that.

 

That looks really good. Now you've got me thinking about a set for the side of my cowl. I doubt I'll do it though. Great look either way though.

the bad news is they are $25 a pop at the local dodge dealer, but they are very nice pieces - solid plastic with a good adhesive. They also only used them for one year, it was either 2005 or 2006, i had the parts lady doing some hunting for me.

im not sure what the deal with my camera was either... my passenger quarter is definitely not mismatched like that.

 

Nothing to do with the camera. It's all in the way the light is reflecting on the fender and the hood.

 

I'm no Dodge/Chrysler expert, but I know the current 300C has a 6.1L Hemi, so maybe that is why 5.7L was only used 1 year

What car did they come from though? My guess was a Magnum or Charger.

 

it came from the liftgate of commanders and grand cherokees i believe.
