Alright boys and girls.... My car is once again for sale. I think 80% of you know about and have seen my car.
Description:

1995 Camaro Z28 M6. 355CID LT1 done my Jim Richmond of Richmonds Race Motors. The motor alone cost 8 grand. I have 15 Grand worth of reciepts (including motor). Its cloth gray interior, in very good shape. I'm not gonna list everything that the car has unless someone is intrested. most of you know whats done to it. the car has 135K K's on it and the motor has about 30ish. Clutch was replaced when motor was done. New breaks/wires/plugs. And yaddy yaddy yadda.

My asking price is a FIRM $15,500.

Reason for selling... I got accepted into BCIT for a Network Professional Program in september and the cost of it is about 20 grand.. so yea... I shouldn't go in with a car like this and still be paying loans... so yea... there you have it....

Thumbs up

I may be VERY interested!
I was telling Payam how much i liked the way your car looked. Do you need to sell it very soon?
EDIT: Why so cheap? I've seen bone stock ones go for the same price. I may be stupid for saying something but I'm serious, you could sell it for more.

do you have msn? Punisha69@hotmail.com... drop me a line

EDIT: The reason its cheap is cause its hard to get back MOD money... and lots of people don't like buying moded cars since they don't know whats been done to it and buy who... but trust you me... my motor has been built VERY well

Unhappy

Sorry to hear bud, I hope you can figure a way to keep the Z. I think it's one of the finer looking ones around.

Sorry to hear that you gotta sell her. I did my Software Systems Development at BCIT Downtown right after UBC, and it was the best decision ever. Network administrators will be in great demand in the next 5 years and you will be able to command a good salary once you have a couple of years experience. My guess is that in 2 years you'll be trying to keep up to me in my C6 .

Too bad your car isn't black - I know someone who is seriously looking for a black or silver Z in that price range. Good luck with the sale.

he's right it's worth going. Whats your car compared to your future right. I went to school straight out of high school and have been doing network admin, system admin for a software development company since i was 19. I'm 25 now =). So in short, **** the car and go after your future. You can buy one when you start working again Good luck sellin it bro, I dont think it'd take too long to sell.

Sorry to hear that you have to sell it... but everyone is right. School first.

And why is tuition 20 grand?! Is it not subsidized?

I paid BCIT a similar fee - the tuition is subsidized but not nearly enough. The cost of IT related programs are extremely high because the teaching and learning materials need to be first class in order to adequatley prepare students for their careers. Almost all of my software development teachers had their Doctorate in Computer Sciences or equivalent, and we used only the best equipment and technology.

Similar programs at UBC and SFU will run even higher bills. Independent schools are even more expensive: ITI charges $25K for a 12 month IT course .
