IROC's are one of the only cars ever built that GM really hit the nail on the head with the wheels. NO other wheel looks better on an IROC than the wheels that came with it IMO.

I'm very confused about something.

The car appears to be a stick with a TPI motor. But it has rear drum brakes.

Did the guys before you add the TPI?

Thanks. I'm one of those guys that when I do something, I do it right the first time. The car is mostly original in detail. The crate 5.7 TPI is bone stock, with the exception of intake and exhaust. The 5 speed in new, but OEM stock. I lowered the car with new springs and replaced all the bushings. I added a 1" spacer to the rear for that wide look in the back.

I kept the drum brakes because I want to keep it as natural as I can. Both my vettes have built engines and suspensions. The '01 has over 500 flywheel HP and the Z06 has over 600 flywheel HP. Both cars have active handling and killer sound systems.

The IROC is a totally different car. No anti-lock brakes, no active handling and no airbags. Crappy stereo blasting 80s music. Pure seat of the pants driving. I'm the only one who can tighten it up when it gets loose. It's just a really fun car.
