I don't really like the billet grill, would prefer one of those SLP black gloss ones on it, but I still insist that the '98 purple Camaros are some of the most if not the most beautiful 4ths gens made. Thanks for the pics!

 

eh, to each their own, but i do not like the grill, for my car atl east and i could not fathom spending over 200 bucks for that "slp" grill

Yea, that SLP grill is an expensive piece. I'm just not a fan of billet grills because they make the nose look so flat and similar to a Semi-truck. If you like it, that's fine, I don't mean to tell you what to do or try to change your opinion.

 

it was 99 and 00....not 98 and 99. 1402 made in 99. I have one of the 61 SS convertibles......and 1 of 18 with the white top and white leather.

I don't want to mod it because it is somewhat rare. it did have a flowmaster and a slp lid came with it when i bought it.....but don't plan any serious mods for it. maybe give the stereo some help.....the bose in my 96 sounds SO much better than this monsoon!!

 

Oops, guess I messed that up when I was typing, but I did get it right on the website. You should change that flowmaster exhaust to SLP center or dual-dual exhaust, at least that is more similar to stock. In 30 years or so I'd bet that having SLP exhaust wouldn't cause the value to go down. But that is just my personal opinion. Personally, I won't even buy a used Camaro now that has non-SLP mods on it. I just don't trust other companies not affiliated with GM.

 

Yeah. You are one of the few regular posters I see with this colored car. I've never seen another Cayenne red in person, aside from mine.
