I was looking around, and found this valance for my 94 http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/93-02...ayphotohosting Do you guys think that will look decent w/ stock body, ss spoiler, and 2in x 8in lt1 camaro style tips stainless? My main question is, do you think it will fit decent w/ the stock body lines. The rear bumpercover looks like its begging for a valance to even it out. Just not sure if the lines would look good.

 

Also look at the wings west kit. I have the wings west rear valance and side skirts and they are nice. I also have the front valance but I decided to buy the venice front bumper replacement. However, I wouldn't recomend buying the venice or sniper full bumper replacements that are made out of fiberglass. I bought the venice front bumper on ebay and the quality is really poor. I had to reinforce the fiberglass because it was so thin and also had to do some extensive trimming to get the damn thing to fit- a real pain in the ****. However, if you want to put in the time to correct all of the problems on the venice kit it ends up looking pretty sweet. The kit doesn't have a spot for the factory turn signal/parking light assembly so I used honda accord bumper lights and molded them into the bumper. Looks very cool.

 

Also forgot to mention that the wings west kit is super easy to put on and holds up very well. One time I pulled a little to close to a parking bumper and completely folded the front valance under the car. When I backed up it just popped back into place ( only suffered a little scratch on the paint).

 

All urethane kits should do that. The only ones you really have to worry about destroying completely from something like that are the fiberglass kits. I bottomed out my front ground effects in a hole one time. I busted a foglight, destroyed the paint on the front ground effects but the piece itself was still good.

 

the roads around here suck. Im definitely not looking into a whole body kit. The farthest Id go is side skirts, valaance,wing. Im trying to keep costs down low, so Im just looking for a valance b/c I dont like how the exhaust exits on my z28

You think w/ the lt1 stle stainless tips, and stock body that looks good? What valance is that?

 

IMO the only valence that flows correctly w/o side skirts is the authentic SLP CME valence. Maybe I'm just bias, but I love the way they molded the sides in to flow with the body lines.

 

I agree. I love the way it flows. Center exit nowadays is just outrageos. people say the gas companies are price gauging, look at the prices there trying to sell these damn kits for. There is a fine, almost non existent line between price gauging, and supply in demand. Anyway, I would lovw that style valance, but with cutouts where the tips normaly go. That would be nice

 

The only GREAT looking valence is the SLP CME one. Unfortunately, none of the aftermarket ones look very good IMO.

 

That's a hot looking rear valence. I've seen the rksport center exit before, but never the slp. looks good.
