Not really,

I thought he might have the molds ready, and just didn't have time to put the finished panel on and take pics... etc..

Hey stik...you drank coffee again didn't ya? (jk) Custom fab takes time. All I'm doing is repairing my own damaged car and putting gills in the fenders and it's been nearly 2 months. It's just slow goings these days when you have other jobs to do and a busy life. I too am patiently waiting to see the finished product...but one thing I've learned in the limited time I've been on this site is these particular guys seem to ALWAYS follow up...just never until it's totally done.

Everything the man has done up to now has turned out awesome because he's a perfectionist. Why should we expect him to rush the job and show us an inferior product?

Just like a fine red wine... in due time.

This is worse than X-mas at my house. Everybodys' waiting on the big present. Yea I cant wait to see them too but give the man some time, show cars and custom fabricated "body" pieces are'nt put together in days or even weeks (unless your sponsored). Question is, Do you want it now? Or do you want it right?

My concern is price, If you know anything about cars then you know the longer the wait the more bugs that had to get worked out (ex. the 3800 V6 supercharger- took forever and costs $4000) VS. (93-97 to 98-02 front end conversion, direct bolt up and costs around $700).

What is getting to me is tryin to find someone to put on lamborghini door door brackets (for my 86) and a weight reduction on these concrete slabs called factory doors. (BTW-I found the brackets for $600!!!)

people just want pictures. they aren't saying it has to be done now. i personally wouldn't mind seeing some of the pictures to. even if they are of half the kit done all the way up to whenever he gets it finished

but i agree, i hope he takes his time. plus I'm sure he has a life so that takes up some of his time

The only reason I may have come across as slightly impatient (more like excited), is because:

1) I am into this kind of stuff. Custom bodywork excites me.

2) I cannot repaint my car for this show season until I get the panel...

In no way was I trying to rush whistler, and in no way am I trying to **** him off, I am sure he is doing a great job on it. And he also had another project going on, a custom prototype spoiler, which should be exciting to see.

As for stikshifts comment, that was just plain rude.
