More progress made on the radio bezel I decided to flush mount it to make sure its not in the way of the shifter. I'm thinkin about shaping the left side to look more like the right to have that little bulge but then again it might make the whole piece just look too bulky I dont know anybody wanna give me some input on that?

For some strange reason all the pics and docs that were deleted a couple weeks ago are back on my pc now well here are some pics of the bumper being made..

This is how it started I couldve cut it underneath the turn signal but didnt think about that til later:


this was after plastic welding the backside and trying to fill the front with flexible body filler but it separated anyway thats why I went with polyurethane later:

I think I might have found the guy to help me with my RS rear spoiler I wanted to blend it in but also make it a lil bigger kinda like a freedom spoiler but not as big. Let me know sir.

your radio bezel looks FINE bro! It looks big like the left side of a fat white girls butt cheek LOL only because the color. After its painted to match the rest of the inside of the maro it will blend in fine

There's a guy in Hayward who blended his spoiler and it looks CLEAN!!! I've been meaning to go over there and snap a pic of it but I havent had time. He owns grand collision in hayward behind the BART station and has a sick red LS1 SS. As far as me helping you with yours I'm pretty sure it can be done

I thought I was just about done but it looks like the bottom of the bezel isnt level so I'll take care of that and finish the center console then paint those pieces before moving on to either the racing seats or the music.

Update: I messed around and blew another opti which I'll take the blame for on this one but from this lemon I shall make lemonade. There's no reason for me to replace the opti when I have a perfectly good 24x kit sittin around collecting dust so Today I broke down the front of the motor to do alternator, battery,and fuse box relocation, ls1 pcm swap, clean up my supercharger brackets, weld up a couple plates for the engine bay and I managed to have time to mock up my scangauge 2 in the center console. This is the piece I was waiting for so I can finish up the console and radio bezel.

As far as the 24x kit goes the harness is just about done I just have to order some wire loom from summit they have some loom that looks like carbon fiber or so I'm told. I also finished the radio bezel here's a not so good pic of it. Also I wanted to say that the pioneer unit isn't a double din deck its a portable navigation unit that's only 1 to 2 inches thick it plays mp3's through an sd card or through an ipod/iphone and has blutooth so I can take calls from my iphone just by touching the screen and it'll all be activated by inserting the phone through the slot in my center console. When it's all setup I'll take pics of how it works together.
