Re: Future appearance

I am not usually a fan of the GS stripes either but they look good in your pic...

My problem is I don't understand how this:

SLP y-pipe • Ported & Polished TB w/ coolant bypass • SLP custom Dual/Dual exhaust • SLP 'FlowPac' • SLP High-flow MAF • SLP Predator Tuner

...warrants a 400hp decal on the hood scoop?!?!?

Don't believe everything you read on SLP's website (even at that you are short Long Tubes, 1.8rr's, high flow cats, etc...)... If you dyno 400 to the wheels with those mods then you have either, heads, cam or both that the previous owner installed and didn't tell you about

Re: Future appearance

I made them in photoshop. But they are the same as on the 35th anniversary SS. You can get a new set from GMPartsDirect.com for a really good price.

Re: Future appearance

I like it except for the fender decals, I hate those things.

Re: Future appearance

i think the GS stripes look great. Look at it from a Chevy perspective. It goes along with a tradition of a chevy car, that is the whole point of car customizing taking things and making it your own

Re: Future appearance

I love the GS stripes, I want some for my Z28 if I don't go w/ hockey stripes. They look especially great on a silver/pewter w/ black top SS too so I would say go for it.

Full bolt on LS1s dyno high enough (340+ rwhp) that a 400hp badge (meaning flywheel hp) is probably not much off once the headers and pulley are on.

Re: Future appearance

Out of curiosity what ever happened to the clean fresh look? No stripes, no nothing just pure shine.
