I just tossed purple bulbs in my Clears.. they look pimp as hell.. i recomend this to anyone.. i love it.. APC makes the bulbs in almost every color

 

Yea, I have their "super white"s in mine. They have a semi bluish/green tint to em. check it out

wouldn't bulb colors other than what the law/factory specified be considered rice? i have clears too, but i made sure to use amber bulbs for a factory look when lit.

 

You can consider my clear corners / hyperwhites rice all you want, but to me the amber ones look fugly.

 

Can one of you guys tell me what brand or part # you are using for you corners? Looks nice!

 

3157 is the bulb part # they come in various colors (it is my understanding that anything other than amber is not street legal).

For hyperwhites... just get the highest wattage 3157 bulb you can find. Mine are 27w/7w

I hope you have enough $ left over for a fix it, because if your area is anything like mine, you'll get rolled in a second. Im sure they look pretty good, but they sound like cop magnets. Could be wrong though. Oh and by the way...

Good for you. Whats the point of amber bulbs with clear lenses if they are just gonna look the same as the factory lens?

 

I had amber bulbs in too. Pretty lame I just didnt want to get under there and replace them again. So when I got my slp cai, I replaced all with the RICER APC SUPER WHITES. I also have indiglo, and neons for that extra kick of hp.

 

I have clears with amber bulbs. I just didn't want to get pulled over, thats all. I would much rather have hyperwhite bulbs instead.

 

The bulbs look hot.. call it rice.. whatever.. Then wings and Gfx and hoods are rice too right? cuz they do all that? Oversized wheels rice? mm kay and the cops havent dont anything YET! and all it takes to fix it.. is 10 bucks in bulbs to toss in there

 

are those bulbs available at Advance Auto?

 

They should be they're just apc.
