A 13.6 isn't too bad, but you can definatly do better. Work on your launches as your 60' times need improvement ;p

Otherwise I think you'll be able to hit low 13s with some practice.

Not bad at all for Milan and it being your first time ever. That was my first track to race at also when I was 16. Even then, almost 4 years ago, traction sucked. Supposedly it's been like that for 30 years...haha

With Nitto Drags and a good track, you should be able to get some 1.90 60 foots on average. It might take a 3000 RPM clutch dump but hey...that's racin.. Later man

Yeah, I figured my technique needs worked on the most. I'm not good at heel-toe type action, if that would help(?). I was pretty much revving it to about 2500rpms and dumping the clutch and shifting anywhere from 5500-6000rpms. My main worry was launching it too hard and doing some rear-axle damage. Anyone know how much stress a stock rear-end will take?

Thanks for the comments, though. I bought a Tazzo Vehicle Computer so I'll be testing on some days where traffic is light .

Honestly...Some people break the rearend on street tires dumpng the clutch at 3 grand, others dump the clutch at 5 grand and run low 11's....it's very "iffy" you could say. It definately won't take repeated abuse like that though. goodluck

jp2002ls1, I went Tuesday with a group of people who reserved the track from 9am-12pm. But, I'm in the '02 Z28 with no badges, just quad exhaust tips pointing out the back (Corsa), and my car is pewter in color. If by chance I get to Milan again I'll look for you there and say hi.

You get your car to hook at Milan CONSISTANTLY and you can tune my suspension!!

Milan without a doubt, is traction challenged!! Good Luck with your next trip!
