"Okay, I just "Okay, I just have to chime in on this.
I got these clear corners - Diamond Clears. . I am not understanding this thread really since everyone has been talking about different ones leaking and what not. Has anyone had any problems with these ones? If so, what exactly do you have to do so they don't leak water?"
have to chime in on this.

Those are the same one I got. Mine leaked but other have NOT had the problem. SOme do and some don't.

I believe what Blacksix suggested is correct, Thwater gets in somehow thru the socket area. Do what he suggested with tape IF you have prolems.

I'm using PIAA 3157 Hyperwhite bulbs right now and have had no problems since. The glass on the PIAA bulbs is MUCH thicker and they are a much nicer all around bulb. They cost about $20 shipped, but they were well worth it.

Where did you find your PIAA 3157 bulbs?

I can't find 3157 from PIAA.

Is there a difference in the turn signal lights forn the base model Camaro and the Z-28 model? I went to PROCARPARTS.com and it said that they will not fit base model .

I got the PIAA 3157 bulbs from www.racinglab.com. It came out to about $26 shipped. I've been very pleased with the lights.

Just remembered something.... the reason you can't find the 3157 PIAA bulbs is because they don't call them 3157's. They just have a part number and you have to look at the voltage specs for the bulb to find a match. Kinda stupid, but oh well. What you're looking for is 12v27/8w. What that means is it takes 12 volts and puts consumes 27 watts of power for full brightness and 8 watts for half brightness. The manufacturer part number is 7443. PIAA Xtreme Super White 19226 is the title on the bulbs on the website. It's listed under accessory bulbs. If you have any questions let me know.

I've got the Diamond clears and at first, I had major leaks.

About 4 months later, I finally bought the same pair again. Now I don't have even one drop of water in there.

The problem is the way you install them. You have to kind of force them in there.
When I installed them for the second time, I was very careful not to force them in. Also the first time I didn't realize you could just remove the headlights and when I did, it was 100x easier!
